Alana De La Garza, an incredible actress who has created a lasting impression in the world of television. De La Garza's parents were from Ireland and Mexico. The actress was born in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December, 1976. Her move to Texas for the purpose of pursuing a career as physical therapist in the University of Texas. De La Garza did not reside in Texas for long. She soon moved in Orlando Florida, where she took on a number of performances as an actor. These included independent local films and commercials. Despite her small roles, she was soon able to discover her love in acting. After moving into New York and in 2001 she scored her first role on the daytime soap show All My Children as Rosa Santos. From 2001 to 2000, she had small parts in JAG Las Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004 she was cast in her first series part in The Mountain, an ephemeral television drama. The character was Maria Serrano and De La Garza had the privilege to appear alongside a number of top TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. She portrayed A.D.A. in Law & Order, where her best-known performance came during the year 2005. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. Then she joined the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. Her character was a hit and earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television through the Imagen Foundation Awards and even a few ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she won one of the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. A short moment later De La Garza was cast as a character on CSI Miami in a recurring role. She was Marisol Delko and wife to the character of David Caruso Horatio Caine. Her most current TV work was on NBC's dark thriller Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. The show was cancelled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is Italian and has a younger brother Cory. Milano was born into an extremely religious and conservative family. Milano began her career in the age of seven when her childsitter was with her on an audition to act. She was one of four girls chosen out of more than 1,000 aspirants. Milano was featured in commercials both on Broadway and television and in the American musical version in the form of Jane Eyre.
